And we will not get institutional money until off the OTC. I don't think we're even getting penetration with individual investors until then. The majority of the market is owned by folks at our near retirement age. Their investment strategy overlooks OTC stocks as risky. In fact if you're trading in a retirement account you often cannot buy OTC unless you get scared half to death and sign a waiver. I know for Fidelity I had to not only agree online but also by phone to buy CVSI in increments over $5000. They scare people away from the stock.
TO be honest I have not looked into it, but what makes you think that CVSI won't have the same issues with the NYSE?
Nobody knows for sure about the delay except the playmakers themselves and they are not talking.. but if its the FDA like a lot of people speculate then the NYSE can say the same thing and put us on hold.
Have there been any US based CBD companies uplisted on any US major stock exchange anywhere? I am not talking about a company that was already listed and then added CBD to their business plan because so far that is all I have seen. CVSI is not in this 'hurry up and wait' boat alone.
