You are replying to a post from March of 2018 before the entity was revived at the NV SOS.

I haven't looked at this since March of 2018.

But I can tell you right away that Kenneth Bland is an associate of Max Kaplan who is part of the Ray Barton group.

How did they get control of WTKN?

No custodianship petition was filed with the NV SOS court system so they didn't legally gain control through the courts.

I know they used forged documents with a couple of the other shells I named in my March 2018 post. They forged the names of the the old control people to try to fool the Transfer Agent into thinking they acquired control of the shells from the old control people.

When contacted those two old control people denied ever signing over control of the shells. One of them even filed a Complaint with the SEC.

Wouldn't surprise me if they forged signatures to steal the WTKN shell also.

I didn't get in contact with the old control person of the WTKN shell so I couldn't tell you for sure.

I can just say for sure that Kenneth Bland knows Max Kaplan since Kaplan is listed as the Resident Agent/CEO on the NV SOS page for WTKN. And Max Kaplan is part of that New York skater group that was fronting for Ray Barton.
