Agreed, IIPR is experiencing a similar Cannabis sector massive sell off today also. I think it’s because people are taking losses to pay their 3rd mortgages & divorce attorneys. This will pan out like Peter and Hook making a deal after the alligators ?? are fed. Still this is indicative of a cyclical stock that in July has it’s assets in the ground and most vulnerable to loss and then in October as a harvest occurs our industry is cash rich again.
