One million (or less) upfront is infinitely better than a $0.00 share price. That is simple math. You can try to make the case for additional flexibility but with so small of an initial payment, I don't see it. The fact is that this deal doesn't guarantee IPIX's survival past 6-12 months. The partnering company can walk away at any point with only a small loss. Ultimately, this deal is good for those that bought in for 25 cents or less but not much else.

I thought they would get a better initial deal, but agree strongly that this is good, way better than the alternative none of us (or at least most of us) wants to see.
