On January 16, 2019 CEO Lil Rod committed to opening at least one new delivery hub in each fiscal quarter of 2019. Two quarters have already passed and SPRV has done NOTHING! Lil Rod has built a loathsome reputation on ignoring his investor "commitments"!

Remember how we were going to see current financial reports by October 23, 2018? How many of the missing financial reports have been posted since SPRV acquired Web to Door more than one year ago? It is mind-boggling to know the answer is "ZERO, NADA, NONE!" Oh well, 10 months and counting may not be considered a "bad miss" for some number of incompetent CEO's down here in scamming Pinkyland, but most "real" CEO's would have owned up to the BS and resigned! There is NO EXCUSE for not supplying the shareholders with a review of the Company's financial condition for over a year! A pro forma financial report should have been posted almost simultaneous to SPRV's acquisition of Web to Door back in July 2018! This is the way "real" companies disclose the important details of corporate acquisitions!

Hell, the SPRV shareholders HAVE NOT even been told how much they forked out to buy Lil Rod's private company Web to Door! And these same SPRV shareholders are now about to be hammered by the outcome of a Federal class-action lawsuit, which was a "known" at the time of the buyout! Lil Rod saved his personal financial butt by being a member of the gang, which choreographed SPRV's acquisition of Web to Door!

SPRV's ONLY hope of efficiently growing and setting up new package delivery sites is to piggyback on the establishment of Amazon's new Flex Distribution locations. This has not happened since SPRV followed Amazon into the Salt Lake City area nearly 10 months ago. SPRV's self-touted "expansion" has been bleak to say the least!

Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) said Monday it will create more than 2,500 full-time jobs in Ohio as it plans to open two new fulfillment centers. The e-commerce and cloud giant plans to open one center in Akron and the other in Rossford.

If SPRV does not announce setting up new operations in conjunction with places like the new Amazon sites in Ohio, this pig is DONE! SPRV does not have the resources and financial wherewithal to find any significant growth outside these newly established Amazon Flex sites and SPRV has only found one in over a year!

CEO Lil Rod has had many chances to grow the SPRV business, but this slug is going nowhere! Growing takes cash and SPRV apparently has none! Do you suppose institutional investors are not impressed by SPRV/On Courier 365 being sued by the U.S. Government for violations of the Fair Labor Standards Practices Act? How much is the imminent outcome of the class-action lawsuit going to ultimately cost the SPRV investors and shareholders? How about we go with, "Something in the neighborhood of a BUNDLE!"
