With the "Awesome Sauce Plan" it sounds like FNMA and FMCC will exit conservatorship, fully recapitalized and relisted on the NYSE in three weeks. WOW!

And to think that after all the anxiety about the ruling in the Collins en banc that, now, we have just learned that the 5th Circuit will require a fix to the entire conservatorship mess that has festered for 11+ years.
