This is such good news. So when is Treasury going to return all the Senior dividends?

And why are we all worried about recapping the GSEs when they are already flush with capital in escrow? We don't need a Secret Plan or any Plan if the money is already there.

Any word on when all the lawsuits will be dismissed because all the plaintiff's claims seem to go away with this great news?
