At least they are back to mentioning explicitly Quantum Dots in their technology instead of just nano cell or something.... makes it relevant to our industry ... there may still be a slim chance of having connection with QMC ....

Looks like they are trying their first commercial platform to demonstrate their technology.

The Burnaby Home is a 2 Story with full basement residence of about 4400 sf. It is being built to high standards in BC Built Green regulations and will as an end product be an autonomous Net Energy + performing envelope, utilizing and showcasing all the Freschfield technologies. These include the use of iFiber exterior facade on the south vertical face of the building, providing the bulk of its energy needs. That energy production will be augmented by a series of iSkin panels gracefully ensconced in the windows, railing and canopy for the home.

I did not they plan to use their iSkin panels which they claim use quantum dot technology.

Although, I'm with you, I don't think it has any value to QMC unless they paid cash up front, lol. After the last agreement failed to generate revenue, I'd sure be hesitate to do business with them, although I wouldn't say I wouldn't do business with them, I'd just be more wary and want more cash/guarantees up front.
