You present no evidence that Biocann is doing anything. Stating a comment about the future does not count. That is because if they day they are going to do it means they haven't. Nothing has been done.

You can not import into Canada according to the Canadian government. A link from some random web site does not count even in the least. Learn what a reputable source is for doing DD.
