It seems business logical that any beverage (esp. energy beverage) company that was seriously considering getting into nationally legal hemp beverage products would:
- Look for a profitable company (that proves their business model works)
- Sizeable distribution (either to, again, prove their business model works) and/or to subsidize their own distribution channels
- Weigh the cost of establishing their own hemp beverage products from scratch and promoting them versus buying a turn key operation
- Competitive market studies would also be considered
- Analyze all target company potentials (based on above)
