I’m not talking about malice. Right now we know that canopy has a problem. Bruce got fired over it. So if the problem is not fixed the value of the company will go down. This is basic fundamental financial analysis. So if stz doesn’t get it fixed the market will compare canopy results with its competitors and determine an appropriate value for the company. This is how the market works. Again, I will ask you if stz would rather the share price decline if the intention is to take over completely. Or maybe they want the value to increase and pay more.
