CJ, why don't you sit back and slowly read the documents which I gratefully have laid out to all of you and translated into simple language?

As the purchase price was $1/sh only and they just covered their shorts
and won't post ownership here at all, just selling - NO tutes will buy above that price tag now.

Guess why stock is plunging this way?
