the 8k is merely an LOI. it is not a closed transaction. and if pctl does not meet the terms of the loi, it will terminate on 7/30. lol you do realize that the noteholders can convert in the interim, right? so, YOU need to read the 8k. and go back and read the quarterlies and the yearly financials.
