All I can do is give my opinion. I believe that management is hiding information from shareholders. I believe, if the company is finally making some money, the money is going directly in management's pocket in the form of repayment of debt, which is not illegal in any way. It's only making sure that they're taking care of #1 first before the shareholders. Who else knows what the company is doing to benefit management without us seeing what's going on? My opinion is management is reaping benefits. But, of course, I can't be sure since I can't see the financials, so it is just conjecture. But why hide, if there's nothing to hide from? This is all my opinion as I have absolutely no facts to back this up, since management has decided not to report to shareholders. I think management are absolute scumbags for doing this to the shareholders. I only wish they could be locked up.
