Are you serious? Do you really think the company would submit an application, with a fee of close to one million dollars, if they didn’t think going on Nasdaq was plausible? You think they are just winging it and submitting applications without referring to highly paid attorneys? Get real.

They have to be over 2 for five days before approval to qualify according to the rules. Today is day three assuming they close over 2. So, next Wednesday.
