#70185 RE: Tobin F #70182

Let’s go through this sloooowly.........

The fluffdate said, “the Tri Cascade PCIe Board (with the T-Mobile approved Quectel chipset) successfully passed the test for FCC compliance as a NB IoT modem.”

The post said, “The SkiQ Modem has passed FCC Compliance”.

My response said, “If this was about SkiQ, wouldn’t Maxine shout that from the rooftop? Of course he would.
The lack of a SkiQ mention is a clear indication this is not about SkiQ. Isn’t it possible the PCle Board is for something else?
It is make believe and misleading to say the SkiQ modem passed FCC compliance, when that is not what the fluffdate says.”

The responses said, “He didn't need to specifically mention the word SkiQ as most SHAREHOLDERS following his monthly reports fully know and understand the MODEM he was referring to..“
And
“The SkiQ has finally arrived with the SIM technology provided with Quectel Chipset by T-mobile.”
And
“One must understand how Max writes ..”

So, the fluffdate does not mention SkiQ. Someone posted, “The SkiQ Modem has passed FCC Compliance”. This is a lie, and I stated so. It is misleading to anyone reading it.

I also said, “someone saying the “SkiQ modem” passed FCC testing, is not a fact, as proved by the fluffdate put out by SRMX. If people want to speculate that it is SkiQ, that’s fine, but SRMX did not say it was SkiQ, and speculation that it is not SkiQ is valid also.“

It is a fact, not my opinion, that SkiQ was not mentioned in the fluffdate.
There is no proof that SkiQ didn’t pass because SkiQ is not part of this equation. I never said that “something” didn’t pass, only that SkiQ was not mentioned.
The document is the fluffdate showing no mention of SkiQ.

Just factual answers for all interested here.

Any other questions?
