Print, you'll have to do a lot better than that....

What you have to substantiate is this statement, particularly the words in Bold, in case you have misunderstood or forgotten:

Any company can buy out right the technology SEVU claims is exclusive! PERIOD! FACT!

Wire21.com/Videocom doesn't have to buy anything, as it owns the Patents to the technology... The minimum proof needed to demonstrate that SEVU's Licensing is non-exclusive, would be the name of a company - other than Wire21 - that has BOUGHT the Technology from Videocom...

Otherwise, your made your statement FULLY knowing it was FALSE...

Good Luck...

Print, it seems to me that in this example Wire21 is selling products that may use the technology, not the technology itself as you seem to imply with your statement. If this is the case it seems to be covered by McBride's earlier statement that they (SEVU) "are allowing them to sell several hundred of the old bulky boxes they have left in stock.".

I guess the question needs to be asked of Wire21: Does SEVU/McBride (or which of the two?) have an exclusive right to the patent and, if so, when the current stock of Wire21 equipment is exhausted is that it? Or did Wire21 retain the right to sell their own products based on the technology in addition to SEVU?
