It looks like Gifa Holdings has completed their purchase of Intel Chemicals (selling bulk quantities of raw chemical/drug manufacturing materials and some finished drug products, primarily generic "Viagra" aka Sildenafil Citrate, a huge, enormous world market for that drug)
From Kisa's statement yesterday, it appears only step left is moving Intel Chemicals into Gifa Inc now (aka GIFX, this public company), from Gifa Holdings. Going to be an excellent business unit to have under the new public traded corporation.
We and numerous others of course have seen the facility photos and it appears to be another excellent acquisition in an explosive area of growth for their part of the world - they will be able to sell Sildenafil Citrate into Turkey, Russia and numerous other surrounding countries and markets.
That's a $billion plus market in that part of the world, for generic "Viagra" according to pharma industry stats.
If they capture even a meager 1 or 2 percent of the Sildenafil market in their region and say into Russia, that's a $20 million to $100 million annual revenue business unit right there, w/o even trying hard.
