Word I have from the company is they do not want to dilute the shareholders. The $100 million is just a maximum amount possible and kind of "insurance" for cash. Since that announcement Bitcoin has more than doubled so mining income should be substantial compared to the last financials. Price targets mean little for this stock imo. With the current low float it can be moved either way, very quickly. It sure would be good though if the company would drop us all a bone or two to chew on !
