They way I interpret it to mean is this:

1. QEDN is an American company in business of enriching products grown in Columbia
2. President Trump met with Columbia’s leader
3. The two agreed to have a strong relationship
4. This could indicate good news for QEDN because there is a huge population in the United States for which QEDN’s product(s) could thrive.
5. Of the leaders of the two countries (countries which have had a “hazy” relationship in the past) want to work together, then this would be good for QEDN and it’s shareholders.

That’s my opinion, anyway.
