Again, WHY GUESS? You clearly stated that Falcon FILED A FORM 13. If they did then WHERE IS IT? If they did then WHY GUESS?

Is there a FACTUAL number of shares or IS THERE NOT?

Simple math doesn't cut it when you claim there is a filing.
