I am merely pointing out the answer to your question of why is the stock not reacting to the positive developments. I don’t know how long they will hold the stock here. It could be until the merger share exchange price is established. Or, it’s possible that they are actually keeping it here to induce selling so they can accumulate shares cheap. If I had to make an educated guess, it would more likely be the former than the latter. The thing about manipulation is that to make a prediction you basically have to read the minds of the manipulators. Not always an easy task. The positive side here is that it’s a good chance to accumulate cheap shares. There is no obvious motive to take the stock down significantly lower than 2.07.
