I want everyone to prosper, however the common shares are the place to be at this moment in time. The recap via retained earnings looks like the bulk of the plan, and that will be a gold mine for the common holders. It would almost guarantee a 20+ share price down the road. This isn't rocket science, but so many are emotionally attached to one or the other.
