You expect at lot. IMHO, At the end of the day JR will have succeeded at setting up not having to speak to shareholders directly (in a CC or other group setting) for the next year). Only having to write one or two bad news letter throughout the year to the shareholders between now and next year at this time. It will help help him cut down on the number of promises not kept.
