If insolvent, why haven’t their creditors made any claims? (also the bugus lawsuits) if they have the court approval they can just collect their claim? Right? Why haven’t they done that? If they were insolvent the creditors can just go the step further and report them = bankrupt.
Why haven’t they done that? It is quite simple. Even if the lawsuits are pure air, or 100% right. they need to properly serve HHSE in the state of AR. not anywhere else. That is the rule of law in AR.
