I would agree but I am unsure what the plans are for this company. Now the merging company tech could undergo audits to comply with the SEC rules and move to a SEC reporting comp and in that case you’re correct a 8-K and PR would have to be presented accordingly

How I see it is until that paper is signed they have till 10.31.19 to file with Nevada and subsequently my guess is they file something with the SEC and shoot out a PR. That’s my guess on the matter
