Yes, the principal is arrogant, and stupid in many ways.
Not only that, as Meow and Shanj have pointed out many times that the principal has narcissistic personality disorders which elude to the principals numerous stupid public mistakes in announcements and blogs.

Just another penny anti small time crook. His shenanigans are not that widely ranging nor that encompassing of a larger audience.
