#27430 RE: slacka #27429

I have no idea what Canadian mds think

But, if not aggressive,in using med mj, they should be. They should be the leaders to show the world what they can achieve using med mj. I have been counting on them

But in a socialistic society I am sure they could care less as their is no motivation to be a better doctor
They are salaried . End of that story.

Hear that Bernie Sanders? No motivation w universal healthcare
I digress

If nothing else .. at least Canada Although one of the poorer economic countries for now..but at least many w rec and medical would be happier and content unlike the distraught disjointed entitled immature folks in the USA.

In the USA Med mj is very expensive as is called Marinol and synthetic. Many that really need it are Medicare age and can not afford it or are of another generation... and they won’t accept its use.

On to the commerical insurance crowd ie those younger than 65 yo . Using rx on them
is frowned upon even when needed , because of the opioid crisis. The local and fed drug enforcement agencies actions against prescription narcotics is overdone and scaring the hell out of every reasonable practitioner.

By the way, the opioid crisis is mostly a self inflicted problem as only 10 to 15 percent of the prob comes from poor practice the other 85 to 90 percent from use of street stuff. But it is all blamed on the docs. It makes the feds and locals look good when they bust a doctor as it supports their ill fated expensive endeavor and makes dramatic news on television , but for the most part , enforcent by agencies is/are focused,on the wrong people.

It , they..cast a very bad shadow on furthering the use of med mj in the USA, ..at least for now.
