Well Said and thank you. the events of the last year have hallmarked this company printing of 70 million shares in 2018 to 2019 and a 20 -1 reverse spells trouble for any investors hear. while we have had price stability at .05 cents it represents a major loss for shareholders given last years dilution. and a pre-reverse price of .002. sounds attractive for someone new getting onboard RIGHT..
The way the plane or stock and company have been flying talk of merger , talk of new products , talk of raising capital. all failed to materialize only thing that has come out is more shares and im not convinced the share structure is going to stay at 6 million shares post reverse. i expect the company to reissue millions of shares and put out releases without much meat for shareholders. hope they prove me wrong.
