Sounds like a shady character. Fined $20,000 by FINRA for misrepresentation, and suspended from brokering for 2 years, which ended 2017.

Also was fined a penalty of $300,000 for misrepresentation of a sale of $3 Million worth of promissory notes issued by a real estate company.
