Only question, will they expand the number of shares?

At $1.27 current price it will take 20m new shares, not 14m.
Long time shareholders stake will shrink to 9% then.

Shares truly are the new warrants.

At 9%, even if DOC's dream of $6 billion was realized, long time shareholders would only make $560 million. That's $14 predilution, presplit.

Of course getting pennies on that now would be a freaking miracle.
