ST, this is the first time I have watched this close... this nonsense started on ~4.18.2019... I need to do more work but I strongly believe that just doing the 5 minute chart for all of July was a strong enough argument that it warranted my alerts to management.
Mark has indicated that they are watching to see what transpires next... we shall watch this together.
As far as MORE oversight on the QB than lower tiers, I cannot say.
One other note from Mark: shareholders may want to view these lower levels as an advantage.
