There will not be a Change of RXMD Management LOL ....Anyway. AS increase and TOXIC CONVERSATIONS will affect RXMD PPS... and CEO Statement on who could INITIATE a Reverse Split was Disingenuous at best and outright Misleading at worst.... considering 51 Preferred Shares and Power of RXMD Board in RXMD bylaws. I believe .03 is in play. Not a good idea to expand a broken business model. Simply too many losses. Dilution and R/S comings
