This might already be a done deal. The Republicans may have finally decided they can have their cake and eat it too. They will pass the safe banking act, making tons of $ for banks. DEA will drop it down to scedule 2 so pharma can make a ton of $. They will pass STATES act, allowing blue states to contribute to the stock market, and keep their red states red and mj illegal there.
