There are 3 separate corporations, not 3 components that make up Bioamber Inc... LoL

Bioamber Sarnia / Bioamber Canada / Bioamber Inc is the company - all 3 components make Bioamber Inc. Bioamber Sarnia is indeed bankrupt - the company / all 3 entities that comprise the company are bankrupt.
