lets pretend Cashman is in or out, either way those debts have been paid cash with interest it looked liked. I was like, im betting most peeps aren't reading this and don't understand the difference or the significance. lot of positives here, drawback is the current os. I believe his daughter needs to step down to book keeper and this be handed to an actual business person. Its always been my opinion that family business is always shifty business, when publicly traded well buyer beware. Trip 1 isn't bad, same as me.

It sounds like you're coming around Mindless. I will never understand why people want to dwell completely on past issues when a stock that 95% of us thought was dead suddenly looks like potentially one of the best opportunities in sub-penny land. This is an amazing turnaround.

You have to remember that markets are forwards-looking, not backwards-looking. Yes, Cashman was terrible with how he managed the finances for this company a couple years back. But he seems to have delivered on the operations management, and now we have a profitable company with rapidly growing revenues, which is unheard of for a trip zero 1 stock. Plus, Cashman is no longer the CEO. And now the convertible notes that just killed the stock price are being paid off with cash, which means dilution will be either non-existent or very light going forward. Throw in the relationship with Ford, which we were recently made aware of, and people are looking at this company in a whole new light. I know I am.

So were thinking the company has been paying the notes during the quiet period since no bid...and now we are debt free?
