They previously had announced they first had to retrofit the facility so this should be no surprise. What matters more to me is that now that the company has the green light from Vietnam , they should be able to obtain more MOU’s and agreements with customers and partners. Things will start moving at a rapid pace now for the company. That’s why the urgency behind raising capital at good rates quickly and the need to uplist quickly.
