A breakout IMHO opinion is when it goes up by $0.50 cents at least. When was the last time NIO was green five days in a row? Heck, not only NIO, when was the last time the FANG stocks were green for many days in a row? Most major stocks have been FLAT the past year! Hardly any gains! When stocks go up a bit, articles come out stating oh, that stock is up 40% this year. Yeah, but it was down 50% last year! This year, so many stocks lost more than 30%-40% of their value! Can we have the last years of Obama back?
