I am SO confused by this.
When you drove by the IPIX Pharma Limited address LAST year did you know that the Company was going to be using that address THIS year (January)? Or maybe you had another reason to take note of the the new offices, filled parking lots, and all at that address.
Of course it's a real address. No one questioned that. I believe the reasonable assertion has been that the registration was done through some type of Agency that is in the business of providing that service, not that IPIX totally fabricated anything. They filled out a few forms and turned over a check. Unless of course you thought that the press release asserting that "the Company is establishing a wholly-owned European subsidiary for the purpose of the development of its drug candidates internationally" and "The subsidiary will serve as a key hub for strategic collaboration with European companies and medical communities" implied the use of some brick and mortar.
Maybe that wouldn't be an unreasonable initial inference but I thought that belief had been squelched long ago by some pretty basic DD. Was I mistaken? Does IPIX actually have an office in Ireland?
I'm also at a loss as to what "phone/office simulations and mail boxes" might look like. And what is in between small offices and phone/office simulations and mail boxes.
Maybe it's me.
