latest Collins letter by Gov't lawyers is interesting and desperate.

Why so late in the game are they doing this?

Why was this not coordinated with Calabria's desperate letter?

This is 6 months after the hearing. They had to have known from day of the hearing things did not look good.

Gov't must have info on the verdict is all I can come up with and maybe more monetary damages than they would like. It's just odd.

They all must know sending in requests this late is going to piss of the En Banc judges. IMO

I hope this court recognizes them for failing to operate as a conservator, and invalidating 4617(f).
