I really think the Undertaker may have gotten taken. Probably figured he would come in and sell the beech for a song, pocket a nice fat bonus.

Instead he finds the "late-stage" biotech is really a scam, the cupboard is bare, and there is not even a real P1 to sell.

So he is stuck doing poison dilutions in the hope he can avoid another bankrupcty as the culmination of his CEO tenure.
