On the board of one of his shells, someone apparently “spoke” with the securities counsel who said he believed that particular one was already sold but would need to double check as he wasn’t involved after custodianship was terminated. Of course, take it with a grain of salt as these boards don’t always have the most accurate information.

It is my opinion that CXCQ is also sold. This opinion is based on an email I exchanged with Lazar's lawyer.
