They are not filing because they don't want Iconic to convert the 70 million plus shares. Plain and simple. Nothing more and nothing less. Once it is court ordered that Iconic can not convert, expect the financials shortly thereafter. This is real folks. Mark is actually protecting the company and its investors. All will be revealed in due time. I obviously have my ticket and can speak my mind. I am very pleased with my position. Some are not pleased with their positions and need more time.... I understand why they don't want the price to go up.
