Jason Black has been very open with shareholders as much as legally possible. His tweets have mentioned the Nevada SOS update and SEC 8K update. He importantly mentions that negotiations with note holders about legacy issues are being ELIMINATED; Also mentioned a 200mil share reduction... A cease trade is also being lifted which was preventing BC (Canadian) traders from purchasing shares. He has since then been working on OTC filings to reflect all these changes to Merge HuLogix with a clean house!

Per Jason Black's latest response via email: Hi Chris, the filings will be OTC Pink disclosure not Edgarized (SEC) as IGEX became an alternative reporter several years ago. I'm working as fast as I can to get them out. Should be very soon.
