Air Permit submittal in July
Talked with Scott Honan yesterday. He says permit is complete and is in final review (by Olsson and Nio.) It WILL be submitted in July. Jim has said he will issue a PR when it is submitted. You either believe what these guys tell you or you don't. Count me as DO believe.
Suppose that does not actually happen and it gets submitted early August. (strictly hypothetical on my part) What does that mean? Does it mean "they lied to us," the company is a disaster," "they don't know what they are doing," or they are all on vacation?" NO, absolutely not! It means that in Engineering nothing is done until it is done. The reason you do a final review is to make sure it is 100% correct. If you find some minor problem, do you submit it anyway, or do you take a couple more days and fix it? I know these guys well enough to know what they will do.
