and they magically stop counting when they get what they want. Approval on the split instead of accepting the original 3 voting rounds answer of No and nobody cares. Really does great things for their reputation as a co. what theyre doing to their shareholders here since their IPO. very little press release and constant rounds of dilution and RS in my opinion. Great product. Horrible Company. Glad everything now exists at CTL. Sounds like theyre a real co. that doesn't hand sit and make a living playing games on NASDAQ
