I sold my shares and put everything into AXTG last week. Best move ive made yet. I will probably buy back a small position in ptsh, if it keeps going down.

Happy Thanks Giving everyone and be sure to do yourself a favor and look at AXTG.

in PTSH's subsidiary 72% owned, DBAC:

Shorty doing his job, driving down vulnerable non-liquid DBAC with a 75 $ trade, to make the dividend less atractive !

500 0,15 17h02 * * * * *
3.000 0,18 16h05
5.000 0,17 15h56
5.000 0,18 15h43
500 0,18 15h30

I'm not here for the Dividend:

With PTSH @ $0.092 and DBAC @ $0.15 ;

1x3 Dividend is equivalent to $0.015 / 3 =$0.005 per PTSH share held (+54% dividend).

I'm here because:

PTSH O/S 345 M
DBAC post-F/S O/S 1,810 M
PTSH holds 1,300 M DBAC shares (72% ownership)
DBAC @ 0.015 post-F/S capitalizes 1,810 M x 0.015 = $27.15 M
PTSH owns 72% of DBAC --> 72% x $27.15 M = $19.55 M

--> $19.55 M PTSH's Capitalization due only to its 72% stake in DBAC @ $0.015 !!!

$ 19.55 M / 345 M PTSH's O/S = 0.0567 $ minimum PPS in PTSH

PTSH trading @ 0.0092 is a 0.0567/0.0092 = MINIMUM CONSERVATIVE x6 BAGGER.

This is considering the minimum, $0.15 historical DBAC's PPS, and not counting with the R/M effect, the new contracts, the possible NOBO NSS results, or the $0.005 equivalent dividend (which is equivalent to a +54% dividend !!)

As per the recent 10Q, the "Break-Even" in DBAC is near, and could be happening as I write this post: 0.00 $ Net loss in the last quarter, and now we have the recent new $5.2 M contract from August, as well as other big contracts, with numbers still to be PR'd.

PTSH is way undervalued, and I'm holding strong and accumulating on any possible "dip".
