O/S is not going to be maxed out once the shares are returned to the A/S. Doing some DD would help understand what is going on here. Plenty of O/S left after that + float is much lower then the O/S so claiming an A/S increase or an R/S is coming is not the best DD.. Besides its easy to see from watching the volume every day for years now TRON dose not dump shares. There not using the market to raise funds. If they were they would have raised the A/S a long time ago. Matter of fact they cut the A/S in more then half being they said they did not need the market for anything.. This is why they don't bombard us with PRs and updates like most OTC companies do just to dump shares..
