he wont be able to sell at those prices...1 mil shares will be a ton of shares at 15 bucks a share...and shorters will be attacking like crazy...
think of it like this...at .30 we have volume way above normal at around say 5 mil a day..
what do you think the volume will be like at 12 bucks a share?...200k maybe? (not accounting for shorters)...
its not unusual for an investor to sell 100k shares at .30 for a total of $30k...at 15 bucks per share, that's 2000 shares...but you are actually more likely to see a whole bunch of under 1000 share trades...kinda slows down the volume a bit don't it?...now you want to dump 1 mil shares worth 15 bucks a piece into that slow volume?...and with shorters short selling shares like crazy dropping the pps like crazy?...

sure...if you don't mind your shares being worth 5 dollars or less per shares after its done...

dilution plus a horde of shorters driving down the pps...other than that, theres nothing to worry about...
do you think institutional investors are going ride in like white knights and save the day?...or will they just shake their head at another penny stock attempting to be a player by artificially inflating their share price and getting their azz kicked?....
