linda1, once a company files Bk, the Creditors are in charge and I presume both secured and unsecured creditors as well.

This tells me they will push for the mother-load via Fraudulent Transfer which seems to be a relatively easy win, thus WINMQ Equity Price going very high once the billions of assets are returned to the Debtors, assuming they win.

Do you see it this way as well? To me, the Debtors may quietly want this as well so Uniti be out in the cold filing Bk itself, more than likely.
